They have the best staff of any store I know, not just audio stores. Truly nice guys with many years of experience that genuinely want to help you get the best sound for your money, no matter what your budget is. They really listened to me: what equipment I already had, what kind of music I listen to, what kind of sound I like, and what would work best for me. There are no stock answers, just careful analysis and advice. You can be confident you are getting the best advice, not being pushed to buy a particular product. They were very patient letting me compare two of their CD players using my own CDs. I am very satisfied with the CD player I chose and how it sounds on my system at home. They also have a great service department and did quick and low cost repairs to some of my old equipment that needed some minor repairs and service. I cannot recommend this place highly enough."

"The guys working at the store are super knowledgeable about sound systems and clearly love helping customers find the best sound. They are also willing to go way above and beyond to help their customers. We bought a subwoofer that died within 20 minutes of being plugged in. We called them and even though it was closing time for them, they talked us through what might be happening, helped us figure out what to do to fix the problem, and worked with us to get a new subwoofer in place the next day despite it being a day the store was closed. (And, their solution worked - we haven' t had anymore problems so far.) That's amazing customer service. We will definitely be going back as we work to update our system."
